This Informate upon his oath saith that on Monday
last the 24th of this instant August
he bought at
the shopp of one Abraham Lock< no role >
of the parish of
Acton
in this County Baker
one halfe quarterne
loafe of bread which weighed while the same was
new but two pounds one ounce and twelve drams
whereas the said loafe ought to have weighed According
to a late Act of Parliament in that behalfe made
two pounds and four ounces.
And also upon his oath saith that on Monday last
the 24th day of this instant August he bought at the
shopp of one Thomas Ellis< no role >
of the parish of Wilsdon
in this County Chandler
one halfe Quartern loafe
of bread which sd loafe was not marked according
to the direction of a late Act of Parliament an
that behalfe made.
