Sessions of Over & Terminer holden for the said County in
last to answer a Treapass & Contempt whereof he stood ind [..]

Our & Terminer for the said County That the matters
in the said Indictmt. are accomodated & agreed [..]
therefore to desire & authorize you to stay & forbear
estreating of the said Recognizance of the said John
& his Bail into Her Maties: Court of Exchequer untill
