Whereas it appears unto us her Maties: Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex That Thomas Davis< no role > was bound by Recognizance with sureties before
Sr William Withers< no role > Knt one of her Maties: Justices of the peace for the City of London to
appeare at the genall Sessions of the peace held for the County of [..] Middlesex in
September last to answer for assaulting & beating of Sarah Tibbot< no role > & Sarah Ally< no role >
at which Said Sessions the said Thomas Davis did not appear whereby the
Said Recognizance is be become forfeited wth Said matter hath been Since
agreed as it appears unto These are therefore to Authorise & desire you
to forbear estreating [..] the said Recognizance into Her Maties: Court of
Excheques untill the next Genall Sessions of the peace to be held for the Said county
And this Shall be your Warrant Given under One hands & Seals the eighteenth
day of October Anno Dni 1713
