Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Fulham for [..]
side in the County of Middlesex, And also to the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Martins in the Fields in the said County of Middx
and to any and every of them

Whereas it appeareth unto us whose Hands & Seals are here unto [..]
Two of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County [..]
Middx. (Quo. Unus) by and upon the complaint of the Church [..]
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Fulham afore [..]
Gill is come into their said Parish of Fulham and is likely [..]
become chargeable there unto unless timely prevented. [..]
as it appeareth unto us also by the Examination upon Oath of
him the said John Gill< no role > that he was an hired Servant to the Right
Honble. Charles Earl of Peter borough in the above said Parish of
St. Martins in the Fields with whom he lived one Year & a quarter
And that the hath had no other Legall settlements since. We do there
fore deem and Adjuge the said Parish of St. Martins in the [..]
to be the place of the last Legall Settlement of him the [..]

require you on sight hereof, to pass, remove and convey him the [..]
John Gill< no role > from and out of the said Parish of Fulham , to the said [..]
Parish of St. Martins in the Fields and him Deliver to one of
the Church. Wardens or Overseers of the poor there together with
this Precept, who are hereby required him to receive & provide
for as his Occasions shall require as they do for other such poor of
their said Parish, until they can otherwise free themselves there of
by due cource of Law here is fail not, And this is your Warrant.
