the County of Middx .

The humble Peticon of John Eadey< no role > of
the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
in the said County Weaver

Sheweth


That your Peticoner is Rated Foure Shillings and Six [..] pence
& Quarter to the poores Rate of the said Parish besides all
other Overrates.

That your Peticoner having sustained great Losses by his
Trade is Due reduced that he is there byaltogetheralmost become
uncapable of paying the said Rates.

Therefore your Peticoner humbly prays
Your Worpps that Considering the
premises You will be pleased to discharge
him from paying the said Rate or mitigate
the same As to yours Worshpps. shall seem
meet.

And Your Peticoner As in Duty bound Shall Ever pray Etc
