Gn [..] Ho [..] maketh Oath That William Watson< no role > of the same pish Book binder was on
or about the 28th. day of August last past Arrested at the Sute of Thomas
Murfey< no role > and carryed to Newgate where he hath ever since been and now
continues a Prisoner at the said Murfeys suite by reason where of he was
uncapable of Appearing at the last Sessions of the peace holden for the
said County of Middx As by reconizance taken before the Worshipfull
Justies Butler he was oblidged to doe nor can the said Watson appear
at this prsent Sessions to answr. and plead to an Indictmt. agt. him he
being Still a Prisoner
