The Humble Peticon and appeale of the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poore of the Hamblett of Hamton Wick
in the parish of Hampton in this County

Sheweth

That by an order Dated ye 20th. day of January Last under the hands and
Seales of John Bateman< no role > and Leonard Hammond< no role > Esqrs . Two of her Maties
Justices of the Peace for this County acertaince male infant Child Was lately
removed from that part of the Said Parish of Hampton called the towne of
Hampton to the other part of the said Parish called Hampton Wick as the Place
of the Last Legall Settlement of the said Childe

That your Peticons finde themselves aggrieved by the Said order
of Removall of the Said male infant Child as aforesaid and
humbly appeal to this Court agt. the Same

Your Peticoners therefore humbly pray your Worpps would be pleased
to appoint a day this Present Sessions for the Churchwardens Overseers of
the poore of Hampton towne aforesaid pall other persons comenced to
attend this Court this heare and abide the Judgment determinacon of this
Count upon & touching the Said appeale

And Your Peticoners Shall pray etc
