<p n="169">This Court being informed by severall of her Maties Justices<lb></lb>
of the peace who reside within the One hundreds of this<lb></lb>
County that many of the Petty Constables within the said hundreds<lb></lb>
ar very poor men & cannot pforme their Duty in passing<lb></lb>
of vagrants without speedy payment of the Allowaces<lb></lb>
made them by her Maties Justices of the peace of this<lb></lb>
County resideing within the said Hundreds for their Losse of<lb></lb>
time & Expenses, and that there Attend unto upon the Midd<lb></lb>
Justices of the peace who inhabite within the weekly Bills<lb></lb>
of Mortality who are appointed to examine into the regularly<lb></lb>
of the said allowances in very troublesome & expensed<lb></lb>
to them, For prevencon of such Inconvenience for the<lb></lb>
future & the case of the said Petty constables It is thought<lb></lb>
fitt & ordered by this Court that it be and its is hereby referred<lb></lb>
unto her Maties Justices of he peace inhabiting within<lb></lb>
the hundreds fo Elthorn Spelthorne and Isleworth<lb></lb>
& alse within Edgeware Divison in the Hundred of Gore<lb></lb>
And within Kensington Division in the Hundred of Ossulston<lb></lb>
in this County at their respective petty Sessions to be held<lb></lb>
within the said Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne and<lb></lb>
Isleworth & Divisions of Edyeware & Kensington to puse<lb></lb>
& inspect the allowances made to the said Petty Constables<lb></lb>
within the said hundreds & Divisions for their losse of time<lb></lb>
& expences in passing of vagrants & to see such allowances<lb></lb>
be just & reasonable & pursuant to the rates afterlined<lb></lb>
by an order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the<lb></lb>
Peace held for this County by adjournments the Eleventh<lb></lb>
day of May in the Second Year of her now Maties<lb></lb>
