Majties: justices of the peace for the said County

Confesseth and Saith That About A
fortnight or Three weeks, past this Examt
did Steale and Carry away A Swass paile
from the House of the Countess of Dalceath
in Arbermarle street which sd paile; was
[..] pawned (by one Mrs Hill; who was consederate
with this Examt; in Stealeing thesd paile,
and [..] A few Dayes After it was pawned this [..] Examt. came
to A Iron Mongers Shopp in Long Acre, and
told. Him she Had A Brass paile to sell, but
it was At A pawne Brokers, which it He would
Feith is out of pawne she would sell it To him
And that she did sell it to Him Accordingly
and Reced for it Two shillings more then it was
first pawned for; which was four shillings, & one
penny;
