This Examt: saith that on Monday the 12 o. inst: about ten
of the Clock in the Evenings this Examt. coming but of the
City mett Accidentally wth. one Ann Whitty< no role > , and Mary Jones< no role >
and asking them to go Drinke they Husd. Ann Witty and Mary
Jones< no role > gett hold of the Right hand of this Examt. and that
Imediately thereupon the sd. Examt. Missed of his sd. hand a
large Rose Ring and charged them the sd. Ann Whitty< no role > and
Mary Jones< no role > wth. the sd. Ring which they downed and that
thereupon the sd. Examt. not [..]
the Streets. went wth. them the sd. Ann Whitty did Mary
Jones< no role > into the Elephant and Castle ale house near Temple
Barr. where this Examt. sent for a Constable, and charged him
in Custody wth. them the sd. Ann Whitty< no role > and Mary Jones< no role >
and this Examt. further Saith. that the Rings was Actually
upon his this Examts. Finger when they the sd. Ann Whitty< no role >
and Mary Jones< no role > laid held of this Examts. hand and Farther
