his oath saith That about the weekes Since: hee was at

in Downing Streete in the sd Citty of Westmr. where he stayd

& then desired to goe home: But the sd Thomas Glew< no role > in
order to detanie him tooke of his hatt & then bolted
& Lockd in the doore; in and forced him up the staires
& Swoore he shd Lodge there than night; For there

Weeke & feeble [..] & But recovering out of an Again
did Enter his body & did comitt the filthy act of
buggery upon him; wch after the hadden he Kissed
him & left him; & said he wd be wrg him Early in the
Morning: For the presenting wherof, this Informt
being very in easy & much trobld in his mcnd; got
up & left his house by tower a Clock that morning:

And this Depont further saith that on Sunday 15th of
this in st May the sd Tho: Glow< no role > came to his Loading at ye swan
wth. Two Necks in Tusle Streete in Westmr aforesd; & then &
there he being on his owne Bedd: Did putt of, his shoes: &
com in to bedd to him; & did Endeaver to Comitt the take
abominable act of, Buggery upon his Body; But housing in
som measure Recovered his Strength & being able to cry out
his Land Lord Ro: Dade< no role > came to his reliefe & so he Escaped his
being further abusd.
