wth. severall of the Inhitants of this County are greatly
disturbed in the mannagemt. of their respctive trades &
employmt. & severall other of her Maties. liege subsects
are greatly molested in passing the streets upon their
lawfull occasions, It is thought fit & Ordered by
this Court that the resptive pettychiefeConstables Tythingman of every
parish & liberty withinHundred Divisions [..] in this County doe forthwith

within their his Divisions toapprhend & carry before some
one or more of her Maties. Justices of the peace for
this County all such seafaring men & all such idle

receiving any almes within any of the parishes or
streets liberylys within this County and use their atmost
endeavor.of to be the sd severall statuteseffectually to
