Sheweth
That yor. Petr. sd. Husband hath lately turn'd
yor. Petr. out of Doores, and taken in one Mary< no role >
Wife, with whome
he lives Incontinently, having had 2 Children by her, And doth
not allow your Petr. any Maintenance so yt. She is fored to
lives in service.
That yor. Petr. some Short time agoe going to her sd Husband
House (being the Punch House in Henclock) Court he
together with the sd. Mary Wife assaulted and beat yor. Petr.
in a Barbarous manner, he denying yor. Petr. to be his Wife, &
hath caused her to be taken up by the Informers,allprtending
her to be Lewd Woman, which is utterly false she being
new and having for ye. Space of almost 6 yeares last past
beene in Service in One place, and from wch. service her
sd. Husband marry'd her
Yor. Petr. therefore humbly prays yor. Worships to
compell her sd. Husband to allow her some
Cornpetent Maintenance and that the sd Mary
Wife may be dealt with according to Law
And yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc
