Bertie< no role > Justice of the peace for ye sd County, the
Eleventh Day of this instant May 1709 .

The sd Mary Kelly< no role > being charged before me
by John Calvert< no role > Clerk of the Parish of Stanwell
in ye County of [..] that the sd Mary Kelly< no role > did
upon the eight [..] of this instant May be-
-tween ten at eight & seven in the morning
break open the house of ye sd John Calvert< no role >
in the parish of Stanwell aforesd, & feloniously
by steal a she [..] case containing six silver
Tea spoons do [..] , & two pair of Chalicot
curtains being [..] & white, with other goods
to the value of [..] shillings. She the sd Ma
ry Kelly< no role > did [..] examination confess that
on the eighth [..] aforesd, She in company with
one Catharine [..] ryance came to the house
of ye sd John [..] ert with a design to enter
& steal goods on of the sd house, & that ac-
cordingly She [..] take a pain out of the Win
don, & lifting P the latch of the Casement
did enter the [..] house & take thereout the
aforesd Shag [..] case containing six silver
Tea spoons de use gilt, & one book, & tore off
two pair of Chalicot curtains being red & which
from the Windon & carryed em away, as also
two pair of Clog [..] that were by the door with
out the house and as many patters from the

same place. And further saith not,
