I thought fit to give yr. Sumons back to the person
that Brought it because I will not Suffer any
Sumons should be brought to my House, or to any
in it: The person may give this Answere if
he will, as also that my Charecter as a
Foreigne Minister cannot suffer that
Any Sumons should be Obeyed, or any Body
Appear on it. Or do presume

The Ambassadors Gentleman says
the Colonel is One of his Domesticks
and as Such is Entred in the Secretarys
