That your Petitir. was an Hyred Servant to one Colonel
Thomas Kennady< no role > for Several yeares past, after the Rate
of Seven pounds per Annum: and that there is due to your
Petitir. for his said Service about Eleven pounds, which
Said sum the said Colonel has often promised to pay unto
yr. petir. But now absolutely Refuseth to do the same

yr. petr. therefore humbly prays
Releife in the premisses, and as in
Duly bound he shall ever pray Etc
