To all Constables Headboroughs, and other Her Majesty's
Officers and Ministers within the County of Middlesex ,
and to every of them whom it may Concern.

These are to will & Require and in Her Majesty's Name to
Charge & Command you upon fight here of to bring before
as & others Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace , of the County
aforesaid, at the Sessions of Peace now hold on at Hicks's Hall
in St. John's Street , in & for the Said County, the Bodys of
Willim Elderton< no role > Standing Indicted For a Trespass &
Misdemeanor

(if the Court be then & there Sitting) or if not, before us or some
others of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Same County to
find Sufficient Sureties for hispersonal Appearance at this Presnt
Sessions to answer the Same, & all such other Matters as on Her Ma-
-jesty's behalf Shall be objected against himAnd if hecannot
be taken during this present Session That then so soon after as he
Shall be taken, you bring or cause himto be brought before as
or Some others of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Said
County, to find Sufficient Sureties for hispersonal Appearance at
the next Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the County to answar
as aforeSaid, & Further to be dealt michal according to Justice.
Here of you are not to fail at you Perils Dated in upon Sessions at
Hicks's Hall aforesaid this 14thDay of January
