overseers of the poor of the parish of Watford in the County of
Hertford against an Order undr the Handes and Seales of Kiczard
meriwetzer James Hawley< no role > & Thomas Cullum< no role > Esqr Justices of the peace
for the Countye & of Middx wereby Elizabeth < no role > the wife of John Cogdon< no role > was
removed from the pish & of Wilsdon in the sd County of Middx to the
parish of Watford And upon hearing of what was alledged by the
sd Appellancs who declared that they had good Cause to appeale
agt the sd Order but that they were not prpared to & secutg their Sd
Appeal this prsent Sessions and therefore prayed that the hearing
and detrmineing theres might be adjonrned untell the next genall
Sessions of the peace to be held for this County [..] It is ordered by
this Court that the Ben fitt of the sd. Appeale be Saved unto the sd
Appellants and that the hearing & Determineing there of be adjourned
untill the next genal Sessions of the peace to be held for this Countye
