Whereas by Order of the Quarter Sessions held at Hicks hall the
5th. of this Instant July, it was Referred to Us & others to Examine
into a Complaint of a peticoner Elinor Darlin< no role > , Wee doe find that She
is the Same person who went by the name of Elinor Newton< no role > widdow
& that her Legale Settlement is in your parish of St. Anne and
therefore Wee doe require you to take Such care of and provide for
the said Elinor Newton< no role > as the Law directs in Such case Given
Under Our hands 17th. of July 1708.
