A Black coate wch. was torn as alsoe his Neckcloath & the Second Cloaths wth he came in was
a darke Collour, with a great Light coate over them
And this Informant Saith that on Monday the 27th. of October
1707 She this Informant die See the before Menconed
James Cullon< no role > come to the Said Katherine Millers Said
Lodging about Eight of the clock and after his continuance
there wth was abt. halfe an hour She this Informant did
See a box in the hand of the Said Collon wth She then took
to be Silver. And this Examinant Soon after went out
abt. her Occasions, And is Positive that She See an Iron
Poaker then in the Room of the Said Katherine Miller< no role >
whole and Undeface or Broken, & at her Return home
to the Said Katherine Miller< no role > in the Evening of the Same
day wth was abt. Seaven a Clock, And this Informant
haveing Occasion to Stirr Up the Size, She then found
the Said Poker to be broken, & then Asked the Said
Miller how it came Soe, who replyed that James
Collon broke the Same by Cruising of his Tobacco Box
And this Informant Saith that She went away from the
Said Katherine Millers Lodging on the Wednesday following
& Never See her Untill Tuesday Last before the date hereof
