Who Sayth that on the 10th Instant he goeing
by the Middle turning in Shadwell he had [..]
heard SomethePerson's Say that there was a man
had Cutt his throate upon which he went into
the house And there was one John Barnes< no role > This name instance is in set 21. who
cals himselfe Soe living in a bed And had
a Cutt on the left Side his throate And
this Informant Spoake and cald to him but
he [..] made noe Answere And this
Informant Sayth that the Said Barner
right hand was much bloody above his Pist
And his Shirt Sleeve on his Right Arme
was turn'd up as high as his Elbow And
this Informant further Sayth that when he first
Saw the Said Barnes which was before Elizabeth
Edgebrooke< no role > was found Murdered the Said Barnes
trembled and quiverd very much and Strong
but Soon after the Said Edgebrookes Murdered body
was found this Depont then cry'd we must Secure
the man upon which word the Said Barnes lay
like adead man without any moconr
