Sessions held at Westminr: now last past, where your Petitioner gave<lb></lb>
a constant attendance, and well hoped to have had the same<lb></lb>
Recognizance discharged as usual.</p>
<p n="231">That Notwithstanding the said Cook als Johnson was bound<lb></lb>
over to Westmr: Yet by Mistake or otherwise the same is returned<lb></lb>
before your Worshipps to the great Surprize of your Petitioner</p>
<p n="232">That your Petitioner likewise became bound for one<lb></lb>

Sessions, And as Your Petitioner is informed the same<lb></lb>
were returned to Westmr:</p>
<p n="233">That the same Recognizances were taken before Mr.<lb></lb>
Justice Prideaux who as your Petitioner is<lb></lb>
informed is out of Town And in Regard it is an<lb></lb>
Apparent mistake in the said Mr. Justice Prideaux<lb></lb>
Clerk in returning the said Recognizances</p>
<p n="234">Mr. Petitioner therefore most<lb></lb>
humbly pray's your Worshipps<lb></lb>
will be favourable pleased to give<lb></lb>
directions that the said Recognizances<lb></lb>
may not be Estreated, but continued<lb></lb>
till next Sessions as now they are<lb></lb>
So that the Mistake in returning<lb></lb>
the Same may be rectified and<lb></lb>
yor Petionr. indempnified Etc.</p>
