That yor. Petr. about two years agoe Nursed
one Eleanor Clayberry< no role > [..] five
Weeks for wch. She has fourteen Shillings due to
her And yor. Peticoner haveing often Friendly requested
her to pay her the sd money due to her could never get
any thing but abuses from her wch. Obliged yor Petr.
to crave A Warrt. of the Worspfull. Justice Stewart
& had her bound over to Answer the same at this
prsent sessions, And soon after yor Petr. was Arrested
at the Said Clayberryes Suite in A Sham Accon & has
been put to great charges thereupon And yor Petr.
being extream poor has not money left to prferr A
Bill or further to psente the said Clayberry.

Wherefore she humbly prayers an order
of this Honble Court for the said
Clayberry to Attend this Honble. Court
at A time certain to Shew cause why
she refuses to pay the Wages abov sd
or otherwise order asto yor. Worps.
