St. Buttolphs Aldgate Sieve maker taken upon Oath
before me the 22d. day of June Anno Dm 1708 .

Who Saith that Yesterday being the 21th. Instant he was
in Company wth. Isabell Little< no role > & Ann Smith< no role > in Bakers
Armes Alley in Rosemary Lane in the Said Ann Smith< no role > s
Chamber or Room where he had at that time three
pounds & Seaven Shillings in his Pockett which he
counted before them & which Soon after they Picked out
of his Pockett And this Depont. missing his money had
the Watch called & Searched the Said Isabell Little< no role > & Ann
Smith
< no role > & the Room & found four halfe Crowns wch. was
deliver'd by one of the Watchmen To this Depont.
Isabell Little< no role > confesses that She Saw this Depont. have
a Guinea & She believed about forty Shillings in
Silver but denyes that She medled wch. it And Ann
Smith
< no role > denyes that She did See any of his money more then one
Shilling wch. he freely gave her tho She Offerd before
me to give him twenty Shillings & A Note for the
rest.
