Turner< no role > for Fesony Who was Indicted at the
Last Sessions of Oyer and Terminer and
Genal Gaol of Delivery of [..] Newgate held
at Justice Hall in the Old Barly in October last for haveing
two Wifes and thereof Convicted be forthwith
made out and Delivered to the Bearer hereof
Mr Peter Short< no role > the Same being to be made
use of at a Try as at Law as Evidence
in a Certain Cause between Birch & Crook at
the next Sitting in Middx. And for yor So
Doing this Shall be yor. Warrt Dated the
14th day of June Anno Dui 1708
