WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set. Two ofherMajesties Justices of the peace of the
County ofMiddx & libly aforesd.(Quoram unus) by the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish ofSt. Margarett
Westmr .in the said County, thatKatherine Butler< no role > Wife [..]
William Butler< no role > was brought
into the said Parish, endeavouring to settleherselfe
there, without giving Notice in Writing to the said Church-Wardens or Over-
seers of the poor, or any one of them of the House ofher
abode in the said parish, according to the Statute in that Case Made and provided
And thatshe is now

Tho: Addison< no role >

[..] become Chargeable to the said Parish. And whereas, it appears unto
us, the said Justices, [..] the said Katherine Butler< no role > [..] was
[..] last Legally Settled in the Parish of
St. Georges nio Southwarke in the County of Surry where he [..]
said Husband now Inhabites & Rent a house of Fourteene Pounds of
& never had any other legal Settlement since
These are therefore inherMajesties Name, strictly to Charge and Command
you, and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof, to Remove and Convey the
saidKatherine Butler< no role > from the said parish of St. Margtt. Westmr .
in the said County, and so from Constable to Constable, the next and
directest Way to the said parish of St. George in Southwarke
in the County of Surry aforesaidand Deliver the saidKatherine
Butler
< no role > unto the Chruch-Wardens and Overseers of the poor there, who
are hereby required to provide for the saidKatherine Butler< no role >
according to Law, thereof sail not, at your peril Given under our Hands and
