Whereas by order made att the genall quarter Sessions
of the peace held for this County att Hicks Hall in St Johnstreet
in & for the said County on Wednesday the thirteenth day of
January last for the reasons therein contained itt was [..]
ordered that a certaine road on way from the east
corner of the pound in the parish of St Giles in the f [..]
in this County leading through the respective parishes of
St Giles in the feilds St Mary le Bone & St Pancras in
this County towards Tottenham Court Soe farr as there
[..] built & adjoyneing on both sides the way there should be well &
[..] the sides of the [..]
Smithson & [..] respectively as by the sewall [..]
parliament in this behalfe made were required and
directed to doe the same unles the Owned and
Inhabitants of the houses & ground fronting & adjoyneing
to the said Road or Highway & all other Psons concerned
Should on the Second day of the then next genall quarter
Sessions of the peace held for this County shew unto
this Court good cause to the contrary And whereas
another order made att the said then next genall
quarter Sessions of the peace held for this County on
Tuesday the fifth day of Aprill last the time for
paneing the said road or way was inlarged untill the
four & twentieth day of August next ensueing And
Court being now informed that the said road or way
