It was therin referred to Us to Examine in to the Matters conteyned in a Peticion prsented
at the sd Sessons by Mr: George Hughs< no role > late Churchwarden of the Parish of St: Ann Westmr
prayeing therein to be Reimbursed of what moneys he had paid unto Mr Stephen Smith< no role >
High Constable of Westmr : (by Vertue of severall Orders of sessons) Oute of a Rate made
by the sd High Constable and Petty Constable on the Inhabitats: of the sd Parish of St. Ann
and Collected by the sd Petty Constable within the sd Parish:

We do finde that the St George Hughs< no role > hath paid to the
sd High Constable by severall Orders of Sesons the Sum of}

And expended at severall times in obteyneing an order and
