The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of Ippolites
in the County of Hertford

Sheweth

That Elizabeth Ramsey< no role > Widdow together with three
of her Children vizt Elizabeth< no role > , Ephraim < no role > & Jane< no role >
were by a warrant under the hands & Seale of
Charles Bonython< no role > Esqr . & Sr. John Woolfe< no role > Knt.
two of her Matiet. Justices of the peace for the
said County of Middx, bearing date the Seven &
twentieth day of February last, passed from &
out of the parish of Fryerne Barnett in the said
County of Middx to the parish of Ippolites aforesd

Yor. Peticonrs. finding themselves agrieved
with the Judgment of the Said two
Justices, Humbly Appeal to this
honble Court, And beg Yors.
Worshipps will be pleased to
appoint on a day for the Church wardens
& Overseers of the poore of Fryerne
Bennett aforesaid to attend this-
honble Court to hear & abide the
final End & determinacon of this-
appeal
