of the Parish of St. Gyles wthout Cripplegate Middx

Whereas John Cave< no role > John Bush & Thomas Wayland< no role > of the

said parish of Cripplegate middx have been legally
comittee before me of profanely Swearing & Cursing
within the said parish of Cripplegate Middx upon ye
eighthday of August instant vizt. John Cave< no role > for Sixteen
Oaths & foure Curses John Bush< no role > for thirteen Oath & two curses & Thomas Wayland< no role > for thirty Six Oaths Etc foure Curses
These are therefore in his Majesties name to charge & command you Etc
every of you forthwith to demand of the said partyesthe
Several since of forty Shillings thirty Shillings & [..] foure pounds for the use of the Poore of ye
said parish of Cripplegate wthout according to the form of the statute in
that case madd & provided; And if they shall refuse to pay the said sume
that then you forthwith levy the same by distress & sale of their Goods
for the use aforesaid rendring to them the overplus and indefect of
such distress that you set them publickly in the stocks by the space of
two whole hours, Hereof fail not; Given under my hand and seal
this 14th day of Augt in the 13th Year of the Reigne of King
William the third Etc. Anno Dom. 1701
