Sheweth


That in the Yeare 1694 This Court being Sattisfyed that yor. Petr. was a Person
deserving to be Releived as a poore Maimed Souldier and Marriner of the County
and to have a Yearly Pencon Assigned to be paid him out of the moneys raised &
to be Raised for the Releife of the poore & [..] maimed SouldiersMarrinersof this
County (haveing Served as a Marriner in the Royall Navy of England in Seuall
Engagemts wherein he Lost One of his Eyes & Recd Seuall wound in his Body
Your Worspps were then pleased to Order that your Petr. should be admitted
as a Manned Souldier & Marriner of this County & Should be allowed £3 P ann
reward his better Support which your Petr hath hither to recd But in Rec [..] d
your Petr haveing now almost lost the sight of both his Eyes & being very ould &
lame is uncapeable of getting a Livelywhood & being a Leivetenat . in the Royall
Charles when he was wounded.
