Stepney in the said County of Middlx Weaver
taken on Oath this 31th day of july Ano. Dm 1701

Who saith that on the four & twentieth day of june
last past in the night between the houres of ten and
six a wash House belonging to the dwelling house of her
said husband was broke open and that there was
feloniously stolen from thenc six pair of Sheets six
Shifts three Flanen Wastcoates four pair of stockins
one Checqr Linnen Apron and severall other paires of Lining
all to value of Eight pounds or upwards and that
she violently suspect [..] John Covie< no role > to haue brok open
the sd wash house and to have stolen the said goods for
that this day she found the said Cheqred Apron upon
Margrett Fox< no role > who saith she bought it of the said
John Covie< no role > .
