Whereas an Indictment was preferred
at the Sessions of the peace held for the
County of Middx at Hicks hall in Aprill
last agt. William Collett< no role > for exerciseing the
Trade of a Tallow Chandler not having
served an Apprenticeship thereunto, And
Whereas it appears to me, that the Sd.
Wm. Collett< no role > hath been before Indicted for
the same Offence and acquitted in regard
it appeared upon his Tryall, that he used
the said Trade as an Apprentice & not in
his own right. These are the refore
to authorise and desire you forth with to
enter or came to be entred a Cessat Cressey
on the said Indictmt. and stay all preedings
there upon untill further order, and for so
doeing, this shall be your Warrant Given
under my hand this 1st. day of July 1701
