Middx this 7th day of March 1700

This Informant upon her Corporall oath Sayth that on or
abt ther 13th January last past She this Informt did buy
of Jane Wilson< no role > Widdow one Silver dish containeing in weight
41 ounses for Eight pounds ten shillings wch Said dish the Said
Jane Wilson< no role > declared was stollen from a Lord & Some
time after acknowledged ye dish to be Stollen from the
Rt Honble: Ye Earle of Burlington and further declared that
two of his lordships women Servants was the persons yt
stole ye sd Silver dish, and this Informt further declares yt
ye Said Jane Wilson< no role > acknowledged before her yt the two
women Servants aforesaid did Some tyme agoe Steale
from his Lordship twelve Silver plates and that the Sd
Silver was Sold to one Mr Bilby Goldsmith nere the
gatehouse at Westminster and that ye Sd Jane Wilson< no role > Sold
the places as She acknowledged to this Informt

unknowne two Diamond Rings

Luke Mathews< no role > Stollen Goods; vizt a white Antherine Gowne
a flowerd Satten Mantle lined with white persian three Scarfes
a hood and paire of Sheets & one sheete unmaide up a black Silke petticoat to
two Sutes of Cotted headclothes & several other goods Bought of
John Weaver< no role > two Paire of Silver Candlesticks wch. was stollen
out of ye house of sr Thomas Powis< no role > wch Sd Candlesticks this Informt
Sold to Mr Weaver a Golesmith nere Leicester feilds 3 years since
Resec of Joseh Hatfeild< no role > Charles Cooper< no role > & another person Stollen goods
vizt three peeces of fine broad cloth abt a yeare ages & Sold ye
Same vizt two peece to Mr Hardin nere St Clemts Church Stra [..]
Sold to ye sd Hardin peece of black cloth Rash he knowing of sd Goods
