These are to Certifie whom it may
concerne; That att the Genall Sessions of
the peace held att Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in & for the County of Midd on the Fifth
day of December last past Harcourt Master
Esqr. one of the Maties Justices of the peace for
the sd County did Certifie where in Thomas Plestoe< no role > &
Richd Plestoe< no role > were bound in the sume of
£xx acerve for the appearance of one Joseph
Plestoe< no role > [..] att the said Sessions to answer the
complaint of John Davis< no role > one of the Headborough
of the [..] ing stepney for frequenting of Musict
[..] er & keeping company wt lured woemen
& of evil fame wth. sd Recognizance by
reason of the non appeareance of the said
Joseph Plestoe< no role > became for feited Dated
this 9th. day of November 1699.
