Where Complaint hath been made unto Us, whole Hand,
[..] Two of Their Majesties Justices of
the Peace of the County of Middx (Quorum unns) by the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Gyles
in the feilds in the said County, that
Margrett Smith< no role > with seven Children
high William< no role > Elizabeth< no role > Mary< no role > & Margrett< no role >
are come into the sd Parish of St Gyles
in the feilds to settle peace
without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them of
the House of there abode in the said parrish
according to the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that
they are.
likely to become chargeable to the said parrish And
whereas it appeareth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of the said [..]
[..] the more [..] with taken husband
latelly dead [..] last legally settled in ye parrish of
St Martins in the feild were are housekeepers for one
yeare time pased to the poores rates:. & have had noe other
[..] all settlement since
These are therefore in Their Majesties Name Straitly to Charge and
Command you and every of you, forthwith upon fight hereof to
remove and convey the said Margrett Smith< no role > with her fower
[..] aforesaid from the said parrish of St Gyles in the feilds
in the said County, and so from
Constable to Constable, the next and direct way to the parrish of
St Martins in the feilds in Westmr
and deliver there unto the
Church-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor there, who are hereby
required to received & present for then Hereof fail
not at your Perils. Given under our Hands and Seals, the second
day of september Anno Decemr 1699

To the Churchwardens & of the poore of the parish of St
Giles in the Feilds County of Middx
And to the church wardens & overseers of the poore of the Parrish of St
Martins in the feilds Westmr & to Every of them And

[..] whom these may concern.
