in his housewhere Thtwo Silver Watches with Shagreen
Cases a Silver Tobaco Box & one Silver Salt of his own
proper goods of the Value of about ten Pounds and he

his house for the Stealing of the Sd. goods because he
hath been in Severall Steries Since he was taken up for
the Same, and because he Privately tooke away an
Hanger & leat belonging to Theophilus Lewis< no role > who was alse a
Lodger in the Same house in the Same Room with the Sd.
Thomas Anger< no role > and for that he had little or no money
by his own Confession the night before and the next
day he was furnished with Money
