Esqr . this 21th. day of August 1699.

Who upon her Oath Saith, That last might the Kitchin Window
of her Said Masters house was broke open, the pewter therein
removed from where it was left, neare the said breach, in
order as She beleives, to be taken out there, and the Sanceparm
now produced, being her Mastars Pancepann , Was Stole out of
the said Kitchin.

& Watchmen of the parish of St. Paul Covent Garden taken before
me Ralph Marshall< no role > Esqr . the day & Yeare above said.

Who upon his Oath saith That this Morning about 3 of the Clock being Upon the Watch in
the said parish and being in formed by a person comeing
by, that there was a Candle put devine into a Celeer in Bedford
Court in the said parish heo together with One Jourdan another
Watchman , imediately went shither and Seeing two women
towitt Elianor Rutterford< no role > , and Mary Cane< no role > ats Johnson now & Sent Runn
away from them, they perfmed and tooke them, and in a
Baskett which they had, Found the Samcepan abovementioned
being Said to be the goods of the abovesaid John Friend< no role > , in
