who being duely Examind Saith

That on Sunday night vie on ye 28th. of May
Hee saw another man with a Raj on his Back
& calling to him to tell this Examinant ye way
to ye next Church, ye pd Fellew jumps ever
a Gate & ran away, leaving ye Red Curlaing
Vallanli & other things in a Bag behind him,
wch his Examinant look up & had with him
when hee was Stept on Henslow Heath , the
Examinant further saith hee was born at the
dinton within a Mile of Oxford , but hath had
no setled halitalch having [..] peal great pl. of his
Nine at Sea & of late [..] lagd to ye Men maith
a 3d Rale Trigate.
