This Examinant Saith and Confesseth That this Evening
as he was goeing in Clare Streete were Clare Markett , to
meete a person at the Fountaine Alehouse there neare
the doore of the said Alehouse, see mett with Mr. Hodgson
Robert Rhoades< no role > & John Casack < no role > & William Mathews< no role > ,
and that the said Mr. Hodgson drew his Sword and tuttor
Examinant on theheadface whereupon he tooke, the
said Rhoads's Sword from one of his hand and therewith
defended himselfe, And being ask's whither he [..]

did not
