Overseers of the Poor of the Pish of St Pancras in ye sd County

Leonard Shorditch in the said County to the said pish of St Pancras by [..]
under the hands & Seals of William Withers< no role > Esqr & Alexander Pitfeild< no role > Es [..]
two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for the Said County (Quor [..]
thereby alleadging that the said young Child was last legally sen [..]
at the said Pish of St Pancras by reason Richard Ward< no role > who marryed
Mary < no role > the mother of the said Child lived eleven years at the pish
of St Pancras

Your Petrs thinke themselves aggrieved wth the Judgment
of the Said two Justices Do Appeal to this Worll Bew [..]
& humbly pray (the premises considered) that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the pish
Leonard Shorditch & all other pties concerned therein [..]
be Ordered to attend this Court Some day this Session
to hear & abide the Judgment & finall determination
this Court touching this Appeal
