, Condiconed that Alexander Mushey< no role >
should Answr. a certaine pson therein menconed (whose name
this Exaiant doth not now remember) upon Suspicon of
feloniously taking from the said person three Score Guineas, &
other peices of Gold to the value of one hundred & Fifty
pounds, and that the said Recognizance was acknowledged
before Germin Ireton< no role >
of Grays Inne Esqr. one of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx, And Sayth
that at the time oftheAcknowledging the said Recognizance
he well knew that there was suchsucha person as William
Bennett< no role >
who lived in Bolt & Tunn Court in Fleetstreet
who
was a clock-maker, and that Mary the wife of the said
Alexandr. Mushey was the person that hired this Examint.
to psonate the said Wm. Bennett as aforesaid, and gave him
Tenn shillings for soe doeing.
