Who Sayth that Dorothy Webb< no role > alsSymonds Fitz Simonds< no role > lately deced
about Ten days before her death wch. was in December last
did in this Examints. hearing order one Mr. Plunckett to carry Dorothy her daughter
to France to her Father who had sent for her, and that
abt. Tenn days after the decease of the sd. Mrs. Webb als Fitz SimondsSymond
the sd Mrs Plunckett carried the sd Dorothy the daughter on
board a Shipp & went with her to France as this Examint. verity
beleives, to deliver her to Mr. Fitz Symonds her Father who
is in Paris, but Sayth he hath not heard any thing what
became of the said Dorothy ever since she was soe carryed an
board a ship as aforesaid, And this Examint. denies yt. he was
any wise corcerned in sending away the sd Dorothy, or that she
has beene in his house or any wayes under his Care since, the
order was given to the sd Mrs. Plunckett as aforesd
