The Information of Mr. Anne Rawley< no role > Spr .
taken before me Ralph Marshall< no role > Esqr . this 19th.
day of January Anno Diu 1698.

Who upon her Oath Saith That about three monthes since, she
had stolen from her a Trunk, wherein was Severall things
belonging to her, and particularly a black Cloth mantua
and Petticoate, one Shift, three lated Pinners, three muslin
Aprons, a Striped Flannell petticoate, together with Severall
other things of value, which appeares to her upon the Oath of
James Constable< no role > , that the goods above particularized Except
the said Trunke, were sold to the said Constable by one John
Williams
< no role > for Six and Thirty Shillings, who brought the same
into the said Constables house, One Barnaby Hand< no role > a Soldier
comeing along with him, and being prsent, when her said goods
were sold as aforesaid, And therefore suspects the said Hand to
be a party concerned in the said Felony, and charges him with
such her suspicion
