To the Rt Worpfull his Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Midds

The humble peticon and appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the pish of [..] Chelsey in this County

Sheweth

That by order dated the 28th day of October
last under the hands & seals of St John Elwes< no role > Kt and
Richard Woodward< no role > Esqr two of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County (quor unus) one Thomas White< no role > &
Lidia< no role > his Wife were removed from the pish of Fullham
in this County to the said Parish of Chelsey the said order
alledging that the said Thomas White< no role > was last legally setting [..]
the sd pish of Chelsey where he lived a hired servt by the yeare
after the rate of £7 p ann with one Christofer Grinsted< no role > als
Grinston< no role > a gardiner about 5 years since & served his said master
about three months & then was impressed for his maties service &
hath not had any other settlemt since as aforesd

Yor petrs find [..] themselves aggreived by the order
of the said twoe Justices & removall of the said Thomas
White
< no role > & his wife from the said pish of Fulham to the
said pish of Chelsey and therefore appeal agt the sd
recited order of the said two Justices & pray a day
may be appointed for the hearing & detmineing of
the sd appeal & that all psons concerned may be
ordered to attend accordingly to hear & abide the judgmt
& determinacon of this Court touching the sd appeal
