The humble Peticon & Appeal of the churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the pish of St Giles in the Feilds

Sheweth

That lately William Froggett< no role > an Infant of about the age of Six
months was passed from the pish of St Andrews Holborn in the said
County to the said pish of St Giles in the Feilds by Warrant under
the hands & Seals of Sr Salathiel Lovell< no role > Knt & James Mundy< no role >
Esqr two of his Maties Justices of the Peace of the Said County
(Quoris unns) alleadging that William Froggett< no role > was born in the said
pish of St Giles in the Feilds & that he is legally settled there

Your petr think themselves aggreived wth the Judgment
of the said two Justices doe therefore appeale to this
Worll. Bench & humbly pray that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the pish of St Andrew Holborn
& all other pties conserned herein may be Ordered to
appeare in this Court some day this sessions to
hear & abide the Judgment & finall determination of
this Court touching this Appeal
