two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
of the Said County

was born in the said
pish of St Giles in the Feilds
& that he is legally settled there

of the said two Justices doe therefore appeale to this
Worll. Bench & humbly pray that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the pish of St Andrew Holborn
& all other pties conserned herein may be Ordered to
appeare in this Court some day this sessions to
hear & abide the Judgment & finall determination of
this Court touching this Appeal
