Sheweth

That in January 1694 yor. Peticoner became Apprentice to Edward
Gregory< no role > of the parish of St. Paul Shadwell in the said County for the
terme of Seaven yeares from the date of his Indenture of Apprenticeship
As thereby may appeare.

That the said Edward Gregory< no role > with not allow yor. Peticoner any wearing
apparell fiting for him Soe that he is likely to be Started with Cold and
the frequently beating & abusing yor. Peticoner Soe that he hath been
often in danger of his life.

pleased to grant that he may be discharged from
his said Apprentice ship.
