he peace for the said County this 10th. day of December 1698.

Who upon his Oath Saith That about Six of the Clock this
Morning as he lay in his bedd, he heard somebody spiretly on lock
his Chamber doore (the key being [..]

rose up out of his [..] the said Morris and
verily beleives that the said Morris came with [..]
to Steale what he could [..] in the said [..]
father for that this [..] found [..]

away by the said Morris, and that the said Morris alsoe
opened his said Chamber doore and came in where this
Informant laid hands upon him, but the said Morris broake
from him, and made his Escape, but was imediately taken
upon his pursuite.
