[..] the County of Middx Make the Oath, That on Monday the
[..] Oath day of November last, about four of the clock in
[..] noon, an Informacon was given, by one William
[..] agt the Dest Rigby, that he had accosted the said William
Cen on the Satturday might before in St James's parke in a
[..] & debauched manner fissing him & taking hold of

[..] the Dest Rigby had pevailed with the Said William

in the past mall, that oven in And thereupon the said Mr
Aailton orderd this Depent. with a Constable & Some other
[..] ins to geo with the said Miniton to the Said Taverne
[..] in some adjacent room to be assisting to the Said
Annton in case any violence Should be offerd to him
that after the Depont. had waited there, above an hour
this Depont heard stamping with feet & Westmr cryed out
there open which this Depot & the Said Constable went into
the room where the Dests & the said Minon were
& enquired into the reason there of thereupon the Dest
Rigby (amonst other thinges) Said, that he had put his
hand into the said Mintons beeches & took hold of his
member Layme alfee the Dest Ritay had spent in his owne breeches
that the said Maintons breeches being downe he took
[..] his shirt & [..] the Dest Rigby put hisfurder
[..] finger to the fundament of the Said Mait on or words
to that efect Then the Said Constable required the
Dest Rigby to goe with him before some Justice of the
Peace which at first he refused without a warrant
but afterward agreed to go before St Henry Dutton< no role >
Dalt, before whom the said Minton chared the Dest Rigby
with many towd & Latibous expressons & actions he had
[..] aken & done to the said William Minton< no role > [..]
