This Examt: Sayth & Confesseth That Yesterday abt:
3 o Clocke in the afternoone he went to the house of
Robert Guerney< no role > a Victualler att the Kings armes att
Tattle Bridge in peairasse Pish in the County of Middx
& there Calling for forme Drinke & afterwards having
Liberty given him by the wife of the Sd Guerney to
Yoe & Liye downe upon the bed in anpp Koomether
this examt: being there in Drinke, [..] Peamt:
thereupon going there into the Sd upp Koome &
[..] being Left alone there Welhis Peamt did
Feloniously tate & Sleale outt of a Chest there
One Silke pett is sate, one Wood, One Scarfe, One
pd of false Sheeves & one false weith of the goods of

theme & were this day taken all in his Custody by the
